Wholesale Section For Eternal Light

If you are looking for wholesale Christian jewelry, you have come to the right place. This section of our business has been growing by leaps and bounds. We have grown from simply having a few rings online to more than doubling our ring selection. We also have items such as Disciple Nail crosses, , wristbands, etc. While this is a great start, we are just getting started!

T-shirts destined for wholesale accounts start out with brand name t-shirts, like Hanes, Gildan, Rabbit Skins, AAA apparel and quality stock transfers. We use Rabbit Skins or AAA apparel ranging from 12 mo. up to 5-6T for our infant and toddler sizes. Hanes 50/50 shirts are used in the youth department for better wash ability. Hanes 100% cotton, 6.1 oz., along with Gildan 100% cotton 6.1 oz. shirts are used for the adult sizes up to 3XL. Hanes has added 4XL shirts in limited colors, White & Black. We recently added 100% Cotton Gildan tank tops to our line up.The transfers we use are produced in state of the art facilities from well-known companies in the industry. This gives you a broad range of designs to choose from.

We offer a Christian drop ship program. This program continues to grow at an astounding rate. If you are looking for a Christian based drop ship supplier, you may have come to the right place. We have an online shopping cart just for our wholesale customers. You can shop just like our retail customers but at the wholesale price point. You will need to set up an account, with Eternal Light, in order to access this special shopping area. This begs the questions, what does it take to set up an account with Eternal Light?

Great Question!

First you will need to send Eternal Light a copy of your Sales and Use Tax Permit for your state or a copy of your EIN#. You can either mail or fax your information to Eternal Light.
Second you will need to send us enough information to set up your wholesale account.
We do this via a short online application. (If you experience problems with submitting our form, please click here).

Ok, now that I have my account set up, what 's next?

Once we receive both your online application and a copy of either your Sales and Use Tax Certificate or your EIN#, then we will set your account up. Once your account is set up, we will email you with two emails. The first email will show you how to gain access to Eternal Light's wholesale shopping cart. It will include your user name, password and the link for the login page. The second email will welcome you to our wholesale program, give you any pertinent information you might need and tell you how you can gain access to the resource portion of Eternal Light's Wholesale web site (that would be this site).

Next you will want to download things like the wholesale price list, method of payments, order forms and anything else needed for a wholesale account. Please contact Eternal Light and we will be glad to give you the link to our download page. Please note: if you have not sent us a copy of your Sales and Use Tax Certificate or EIN#, we will not send you the link to our download page.

Last year we accepted Fundraiser and Wholesale orders well into December. That caused many problems. It delayed the Fundraiser/ Wholesale orders getting out. It also delayed retail customers getting their orders shipped out on a timely basis. Since December is such a rush month and everyone wants to have their orders shipped out as quickly as possible, this year we will not accept any Wholesale orders after November 20th! Also, we not longer have the Fundraiser program.

Please keep in mind that we have minimum order requirements when purchasing at wholesale pricing. The minimum for t-shirts is twelve pieces, mix and match. That means twelve pieces any size or color combination. Jewelry has the same twelve piece minimum, mix and match requirement. That means twelve pieces of jewelry with any size combination. You must purchase twelve t-shirt items AND/ OR twelve jewelry items in order to meet the minimum requirement for each category. Anything below twelve pieces is considered a retail purchase and will be billed accordingly.
