For
the adult sizes our main shirt is the Hanes 6.1oz
100% pre-shrunk cotton t-shirt. For the youth
sizes we use the Hanes 50/50 shirts. The reason
we chose Hanes as our primary shirt is Hanes t-shirts
are true to size and shrink far less than other
shirts on the market today. All t-shirts will
shrink when thrown in the dryer, but we have found
that Hanes t-shirts shrink in length and not as
much in the width.

Transfers
are designs that can either multi-colored or single
color, printed in reverse on special release paper,
designed to be applied on a t-shirt, garnet or
tote bag when needed. Transfers come in many varieties.
They include; spot color, four color process,
puff or a combination of these and digital. The
can be one color or multi-color. The one thing
they all have in common is they are applied with
a heat press. With the exception of digital transfer,
commercial transfers are manufactured in state
of-the-art facilities on large screen printing
machines. They are printed in reverse so that
when it comes time to apply the transfer to the
shirt, garment or tote bag, the design will look
like it is supposed to. Back in 1997 we found
transfers to be the most reliable, cost effective
way to produce t-shirts. We still feel that way
today.

We
recommend that you turn your t-shirt inside out
and wash in cold water then hang it up to dry.
If you follow these guidelines, your t-shirt will
last for a long time.

All
of our silver is Sterling Silver. The international
mark for Sterling Silver is .925. That denotes
the silver is 92.5% pure silver. All rings have
been treated with an anti-tarnish finish and polished
for at least 24 hrs.

persons finger that you need to find a size for.

You
have the option to exchange the item(s) or you
may request an Eternal Light gift certificate.
When returning an item(s) we recommend using a
bubble wrap envelope and Priority Service
from the US Post Office with Delivery Confirmation.
The bubble wrap envelope will keep the item
from going through the mail sorting machines.
In addition, please put "Hand Cancel"
on the outside of the envelope. Yes Priority
does cost a little more, but it will shorten the
turnaround time dramatically. You may also use
First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation, but
it take 2-3 business days longer to reach us.
Please include a note with instructions as to
what you would us to do for you. Please note:
If a ring or a t-shirt is not packaged properly
and that item gets damaged in transit or gets
lost, Eternal Light will not assume any responsibility
for the loss. Unless an item reaches Eternal Light
and or is damaged in transit Eternal Light will
expect the person that shipped that item(s) to
take responsibility for the loss.

Once
we receive your item(s) we will process your request
promptly. We usually try to return the item the
day we get it or the next day. Weekends excluded.

We
accept returns on unworn t-shirts and jewelry
for any reason within 30 days of invoice date.
We will be happy to exchange the t-shirt or jewelry
item for a different size. Please ship the item
back via the Post Office using a bubble
wrap envelope. This will ensure
that the item Does Not go through their mail sorting
machines.
In addition, please put "Hand Cancel"
on the outside of the envelope.
If
a
refund is due, it will be issued by placing a
credit on your credit/ debit card. If you made
your purchase via PayPal, then your refund will
be issued through PayPal. Shipping
charges are not refundable. When
returning a t-shirt or jewelry item(s) please
include a copy of the original invoice stating
the reason for returning the item(s).

We
offer a no-hassle 30 day return for any reason
on unworn items.
In addition all t-shirts and jewelry items are
guaranteed for 90 days against defects in workmanship
and materials. If there is a defect in an item
that you have purchased from Eternal Light simply
return it in a bubble wrap envelope with Delivery
Confirmation from the USPS, with a note explaining
the defect, to the address above and we will gladly
replace it. Sorry, but we cannot be responsible
for abuse and neglect . We reserve the sole right
to determine abuse and neglect.

Retail Customers:
We are required by law to collect and forward
sales tax on purchases made inside the state of
Florida. If you reside outside the state of Florida,
we do not collect sales tax.
For
Wholesale/ Drop Ship Customers:
All drop ship and wholesale customers must file
a tax exempt certificate or EIN# with Eternal
Light before we will ship your order to you. Please
note: If you ship an order to one of your customers
and they live in the state of Florida, we are
required ed to collect sales tax for you on that
sale.
