All of our silver is Sterling Silver. The international mark for Sterling Silver is .925. That denotes the silver is 92.5% pure silver. All rings have been treated with an anti-tarnish finish and polished for at least 24 hrs.

We have a ring sizer that you can download for free. It is PDF format and is about 720kb. This will help you measure each persons finger that you need to find a size for.

No, we only carry jewelry that comes in full sizes.

You have the option to exchange the item(s) or you may request an Eternal Light gift certificate. When returning an item(s) we recommend using a bubble wrap envelope and Priority Service from the US Post Office with Delivery Confirmation. The bubble wrap envelope will keep the item from going through the mail sorting machines. In addition, please put “Hand Cancel” on the outside of the envelope. Yes Priority does cost a little more, but it will shorten the turnaround time dramatically. You may also use First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation, but it take 2-3 business days longer to reach us. Please include a note with instructions as to what you would us to do for you. Please note: If a ring or a t-shirt is not packaged properly and that item gets damaged in transit or gets lost, Eternal Light will not assume any responsibility for the loss. Unless an item reaches Eternal Light and or is damaged in transit Eternal Light will expect the person that shipped that item(s) to take responsibility for the loss.

We accept returns on jewelry for any reason within 30 days of invoice date. We will be happy to exchange the jewelry item for a different size. Please ship the item back via the Post Office using a bubble wrap envelope. This will ensure that the item Does Not go through their mail sorting machines. In addition, please put “Hand Cancel” on the outside of the envelope. If a refund is due, it will be issued by placing a credit on your credit/ debit card. If you made your purchase via PayPal, then your refund will be issued through PayPal. Shipping charges are not refundable. When returning a jewelry item(s) please include a copy of the original invoice stating the reason for returning the item(s).

We offer a no-hassle 30 day return for any reason on any item in our store..
All jewelry items are guaranteed for 90 days against defects in workmanship and materials. If there is a defect in an item that you have purchased from Eternal Light simply return it in a bubble wrap envelope with Delivery Confirmation from the USPS, with a note explaining the defect, to the address above and we will gladly replace it. Sorry, but we cannot be responsible for abuse and neglect . We reserve the sole right to determine abuse and neglect.

For Retail Customers:

We are required by law to collect and forward sales tax on purchases made inside the state of Florida. If you reside outside the state of Florida, we do not collect sales tax.

For Wholesale/ Drop Ship Customers:

All drop ship and wholesale customers must file a tax exempt certificate or EIN# with Eternal Light before we will ship your order to you. Please note: If you ship an order to one of your customers and they live in the state of Florida, we are required ed to collect sales tax for you on that sale.
