Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Add To Basket" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to process the order.

We accept credit card payment along with PayPal. If you are shopping from outside North America, please check our home page for the list of international countries that we will ship to. If your country is on the list of accepted countries, then please use PayPal to pay for your order. Credit card transactions will not be processed from international customers. These restrictions do not apply to customers within the US and Canada.

Shipping And Handling Shipping & Handling is added to all orders, International orders included.

Delivery Schedule We will normally ship your retail order to you in 3 to 5 business days, unless otherwise noted .

Wholesale and Fundraiser orders will take up to 3 weeks as it depends on the size of the order and we custom build each order. International orders may take longer to process. Due to high rates of fraud, International orders can only be shipped to certain countries and must be paid for via PayPal.com. Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. Your item(s) will ship automatically once they are back in stock.

Tax Charges For orders made from within Florida 7.0% tax is added. All other orders are tax free and you should click the exempt button to reduce tax to zero .

Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. Returns Policy We accept returns on unworn t-shirts or jewelry for any reason within 30 days. Any jewelry that shows signs of wear will not be accepted for returned for ANY reason. We will exchange the t-shirts or jewelry item for another product or refund the purchase price of the t-shirts or jewelry (less shipping charges) by placing a credit on your credit card. If your purchase was made using PayPal, then you will be credited using PayPal. When returning t-shirts or jewelry for a refund or exchange, please include a copy of the original invoice instructing us with your request.

If you wish to return a t-shirt or a piece of jewelry after the 30 day period we will be glad to accept unworn t-shirts or jewelry. We will not, however give you a refund. We will issue a gift certificate toward a future purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable in either case. Any jewelry that shows signs of wear will not be accepted for returned for ANY reason.

If an error occurs on our part, Eternal-Light.com will issue a refund on your returned order for the purchase price of the product ordered. Shipping not included.

We guarantee all t-shirts and jewelry to be free from manufacturing defects. In the event a t-shirt or a piece of jewelry is defective, email us immediately at dcorse@eternal-light.com. Defective t-shirts or jewelry are handled promptly. Follow the general instructions above for returns.
